The material is usually aluminum foil or paper partition, arranged in a zigzag or wavy shape, used to support the filter material and form a uniform airflow channel.

The filtration efficiency of 0.3μm particles is ≥99.97% (H13 grade). Glass fiber filter material is used to ensure low resistance and high efficiency. Q: Is PAO leak detection required after installation?

A: Yes, PAO leak detection is a mandatory step. Filters that fail the leak detection (leakage rate>0.001%) will cause the number of particles in the clean room to exceed the standard, and the seals need to be reinstalled or replaced. ​
