Q1: Will the liquid tank glue volatilize pollutants and affect the clean room?
A: It uses high-purity silicone rubber (volatile matter ≤ 0.01%), meets the ISO 10993 biocompatibility standard, has no visible volatilization below 80°C, and is suitable for sensitive environments such as semiconductor lithography areas.
Q2: How to deal with the overflow of liquid tank glue after installation?
A: Use a lint-free cloth dipped in isopropyl alcohol to gently wipe along the rubber surface. Do not scrape it (to avoid damaging the sealing of the rubber surface). After cleaning, re-check for leaks.
Q3: Is the replacement cycle of the liquid tank high efficiency longer than that of the ordinary non-partition high efficiency?
A: Yes. The liquid tank seal reduces the uneven load of the filter material caused by leakage. Under the same environment, the service life is 20%-30% longer than the knife-edge seal non-partition high efficiency (about 2-3 years).
Q4: Can the liquid tank glue be replaced on site?
