It is made of glass fiber yarn through a three-dimensional cross-laying process, and the fiber toughness is still maintained at 300℃. Precautions before using high-temperature and high-efficiency filters
Because the organic silica gel and inorganic glue used in 300℃ high temp glass fiber oven filters are cured from the surface to the inside during the curing process, the thicker the glue injection height, the more difficult it is to cure. Under normal circumstances, the curing time of glue is 3-7 days. If the high-temperature and high-efficiency filter that is not fully cured is directly installed on the high-temperature equipment for normal use, it will inevitably cause the high-temperature glue to crack, expand, and the glue to separate from the outer frame. In response to the above problems, the following two solutions are specially made to deal with them:
The high-temperature and high-efficiency filter needs to be used normally after 7 days;
If the customer needs to install it immediately, it is recommended that the customer must follow the following methods before using our high-temperature and high-efficiency filter:
The 300℃ high temp glass fiber oven filter is slowly heated to 100℃ in the high-temperature equipment, and then stopped to cool after 2 hours of constant temperature;
Adjust the temperature to 150℃ and stop cooling after 1 hour;
Adjust the temperature to 200℃ and stop cooling after 1 hour;
Adjust the temperature to 250℃ and stop cooling after 1 hour;
Adjust the temperature to 300℃ and stop cooling after 1 hour；
Finally, after slow cooling, it can be used normally.
