Energy And Chemical Industry
In the energy and chemical industries, air filters are primarily used to purify air, protect equipment and personnel, and meet production process requirements.
1.Gas turbine and gas engine intake filtration: A multi-stage progressive filtration system with primary air filters and medium efficiency air filters (bag or plate filters) removes most large particles and moisture. High efficiency air filters (HEPA) utilize different filter media (moisture-resistant, flame-retardant, and ice-resistant) for harsh environments (deserts, coastal areas, and severe cold). This improves work efficiency and reduces maintenance costs and downtime losses.
2.Chemical air filters are used in the chemical industry to treat toxic and hazardous chemical gases and VOCs during production processes.
3.Bag in bag out filters are used in production lines in the chemical industry that handle highly toxic, carcinogenic, and mutagenic substances. They safely handle exhaust gases containing highly toxic chemicals (such as cyanide and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons), radioactive dust, or persistent organic pollutants such as dioxins, enabling the sealed packaging and disposal of hazardous waste.
4.The weighing booth is suitable for weighing powder materials such as fine chemical raw materials and catalysts. It can effectively intercept volatile chemical dust, protect the health of operators, and reduce the risk of material pollution to the environment.
