Air filters are critical for ensuring food safety and quality in the food industry. It is mainly used in filling, packaging, cooling and cleaning areas to effectively filter dust, microorganisms, pollen and other pollutants in the air to prevent product contamination and deterioration.
1.High efficiency air filters (HEPA) are widely used in aseptic cold filling, dairy products and health product production workshops. They can effectively remove 99.97% of particles 0.3 microns or larger in the air and are commonly used filtering equipment in food processing plants.

4.Fan filter units, HEPA boxes , and air showers are used in aseptic food packaging to prevent microbial contamination of products in the food industry.
5.Pass boxes and laminar flow carts are used to transfer materials between general production areas and clean packaging and filling areas. Prevent external contaminants from entering clean production areas.
6.Auto roll filters are used for ventilation and filtration in raw material workshops and packaging workshops to prevent external dust from contaminating food and meet hygiene standards.
7.Weighing booths are used during the weighing of powdered raw materials (such as milk powder, additives, and health supplement powders) to prevent dust from spilling out and contaminating the production environment. They also prevent external impurities from entering the material, ensuring product purity.
