Bag in
The new filter is sent into the box through a sealed bag.
Bag out
The old filter is removed and isolated in the sealed bag.
Negative pressure control
The inside of the box maintains a negative pressure (-5~-10Pa) to prevent harmful aerosols from overflowing.
In situ sterilization function
Some models support hydrogen peroxide (VHP) fumigation to thoroughly disinfect the filter and the box.

High Efficiency Isolation
BIBO safe change filter housing can be replaced without contact through transparent bags, effectively preventing the leakage of radioactive gases, pathogens, dust and toxic chemicals.
Safety Protection
The filter is replaced in a protective bag to prevent the gas in the box from contacting the outside world and protect the safety of operators and the environment.
High Efficiency Filtration
HEPA or ULPA filters are used to remove more than 99.97% of 0.3 micron particles.
Modular Design
Flexible combination according to air volume and installation space to improve the convenience of installation and maintenance.
Replacement Operation Process
Preparation: The operator first connects a new, clean plastic bag to the interface on the clean side ("bag in") on the clean side.
Removing the old filter: The operator enters the system through the closed glove port on the clean side. In a completely closed state, loosen the old, contaminated filter from its frame. Carefully push the old filter into a plastic bag pre-connected to the interface on the contaminated side.
Seal the contaminated bag: After the old filter is completely in the bag on the contaminated side, the operator heat-seals the neck of the bag without touching the outside of the contaminated bag to completely seal it.
Install the new filter: The operator sends the new filter into the system from the clean side through the clean bag connected to the clean side. Install the new filter on the frame and secure it.
Seal the clean bag: After installation, heat-seal the bag connected to the clean side as well.
Remove the contaminated bag: The staff safely cuts off the connection between the bag and the interface in the contaminated side area and removes the sealed contaminated bag for professional treatment.
Remove the clean bag: Remove and dispose of the sealed clean side bag on the clean side.
Testing: After the replacement is completed, the BIBO safe change filter housing must be subjected to rigorous leakage testing (such as PAO/DOP testing) and air tightness testing to ensure that the system restores integrity and safety performance.






Long Term Shutdown Maintenance
If the equipment requires an extended shutdown (longer than one month), please take the following precautions:
Replace the filter with a new one to prevent prolonged media retention in the old filter, which could lead to secondary contamination.
Close all valves, cut off power, and thoroughly clean and disinfect the inside and outside of the equipment.
Cover the equipment with a dust cover to prevent dust intrusion. Apply a suitable lubricant (such as silicone grease) to sealing doors and joints to protect the seals.
Check the condition of the equipment regularly (every 2-3 months) to ensure that there is no moisture, rust or damage to the components.
