First Time Installation Procedure

 

 

BIBO 1
1. Turn the installation handwheel counterclockwise until it is completely free of the housing.
BIBO 2
2. Remove the protective door.
BIBO 3
3. Turn the locking handle to return the filter clamp to its original position.
BIBO 4
4. Push the filter in horizontally according to the air inlet direction marked on the filter until it stops.
BIBO 5
5. Turn the locking handle again to ensure the filter seal is securely compressed.
BIBO 6
6. Install the protective bag and securely press it into the groove of the seal with the rubber ring.
BIBO 7
7. Fold the protective bag and reinstall the protective door.

Pressure Testing

Regularly record the pressure differential across the filter to ensure that the BIBO protection system remains within the design range during normal operation. A sudden drop in the pressure differential may indicate filter damage or seal failure. A sudden increase in the pressure differential may indicate filter media blockage or airflow obstruction, requiring immediate investigation.

 
 
 

Appearance Inspection

Carefully inspect the equipment casing, seals, and connectors daily for damage, deformation, or looseness to eliminate leakage risks. Also, inspect the filter replacement bag to ensure it is intact and free of tears, deterioration, or contamination.

 
 
 

Operational Status Monitoring

Verify the proper operation of auxiliary equipment such as fans and valves to prevent filter overload caused by unstable airflow. Additionally, record the equipment's operating hours as a reference for filter replacement.
