Installation requirements
Top gel sealing HEPA air filter needs to match the tank flange frame and the clamping force should be uniform during installation (to avoid deformation of the rubber strip).
Perform a leak test (such as PAO/DOP method) before installation to ensure no leakage.
Replacement standard
The final resistance reaches 2 times the initial resistance (such as 200Pa at the beginning, 400Pa when replacement is required).
Replace when the clean room pressure difference is abnormal or the regular inspection fails.
Disposal precautions
If the discarded filter is used in the field of biosafety, it needs to be sterilized (such as high-temperature incineration).
