No partition structure
Gel seal HEPA filter is significantly different from traditional partition filters. Their filter material is made of glass fiber and forms a continuous wavy pleated structure through origami technology, so there is no need for the support of aluminum partitions. This design not only expands the filtration area, but also effectively reduces wind resistance and improves dust holding capacity.

Liquid tank sealing technology

Regular Inspections
Inspect the filter frame, liquid tank, and sealing surfaces for damage, deformation, or rust.
Check the sealant in the liquid tank for leakage, drying, or deterioration (normally, it should be a uniform liquid with no stratification or solidification).
Inspect the sealant in the liquid tank at the joint between the filter and the mounting frame for bubbles or gaps.
The above situations will cause unfiltered air leakage, affecting the normal working efficiency of the gel seal HEPA filter and need to be replaced in time.
