The Leak free replaceable HEPA supply unit structure consists of:

Static pressure box

Cold-rolled steel plates are welded together, and all welds are sealed with special glue to prevent air leakage.

High efficiency filter

It is a high efficiency filter with high filtration efficiency and low resistance. It is made into a whole with the static pressure box and adopts a replaceable design.

Regulating valve

Installed at the air inlet of the static pressure box to adjust the uniformity of air supply and static pressure effect.

Diffuser

Located at the end of the air outlet, its function is to evenly distribute the filtered fresh air to all around.

Working Principle

Air entry

The outside air enters the box of the replaceable top liquid tank high-efficiency air supply port through the air duct.

Filtration

The air entering the box passes through the high-efficiency filter, and the dust, bacteria and other tiny particles in it are intercepted and filtered, so that the air is purified.

Air supply

The clean air after high-efficiency filtration is evenly sent to the surroundings through the diffuser, forming a uniform air flow distribution in the clean room, thereby achieving the effect of air purification and providing a clean air environment for the room.
