Product Definition
Box
It is made of cold-rolled steel plates connected by welding, and all welds are treated with special glue sealing.
High efficiency filter
It uses high-efficiency filters, and there are sealing glue grooves around the frame, which are nested with the knife edges around the box to form an airtight seal.
Diffuser
It is fixed to the box by fixing bolts, which is convenient to install and disassemble, so that the filtered air can be evenly distributed.
Butterfly air valve and adjustment device
A butterfly air valve is installed in the air inlet at the top of the box, and there is a rotating valve adjustment device on the side of the bottom of the box. The butterfly valve can be directly controlled by rotating the adjustment device from the bottom.
Side cover
It is located on the side of the air supply port, mainly used to provide an operation entrance when replacing the high-efficiency filter. There is no need to dismantle the entire box or ceiling system. The filter can be replaced by directly opening the cover on the side.

Installation and Maintenance
Installation:
The side gel sealing replaceable HEPA box is installed on the ceiling keel or color-coated steel ceiling. After the air duct is installed, an indoor blowing test should be carried out to ensure that the air volume and indoor cleanliness meet the specified standards before installation to extend the effective service life of the air outlet.
Maintenance:
To ensure the service life of the high-efficiency filter, it is recommended to pre-filter the air at a level not lower than F8 before entering. During use, the operation of the air outlet should be checked regularly. If the filter is found to be blocked or damaged, it should be replaced immediately.
