Key Points for Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning trigger
Clean when accumulated dust increases resistance to 1.5–2 times the initial resistance.
Cleaning procedure
Mechanical cleaning:
◇ a) Flush with water (pressure ≤ 0.2 MPa).
◇ b) Backflush with compressed air (pressure ≤ 0.4 MPa) from outlet side
Chemical cleaning (for oily/sticky residues):
◇ a) Soak in pH-neutral detergent (pH 6–8) for 10–15 minutes.
◇ b) Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Drying protocol
Air-dry in a ventilated area (ambient temperature ≤ 50°C).
Avoid direct sunlight or heated drying to prevent polymer degradation.
Replacement criteria
Replace if: Media exhibits physical damage or permanent deformation post-cleaning.
Resistance remains >120% ofthe initial value after drying.
