Product Definition
Box System:
The main body is usually made of stainless steel (such as 304/316L) or cold-rolled steel plate sprayed plastic material, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The inner wall is smooth without dead corners, which fully meets the requirements of clean standards such as GMP. The front and rear doors are interlocked (such as electronic interlock or mechanical interlock) to ensure that the doors on both sides cannot be opened at the same time, thereby maintaining the stability of the air flow inside the air shower room and preventing direct convection of air between the clean area and the non-clean area.
Air Shower System:
High-pressure centrifugal fans are mostly used to provide strong airflow to ensure effective removal of particles on the surface of the goods. The inner wall is evenly distributed with multi-angle adjustable nozzles, made of stainless steel, to ensure that the airflow covers all surfaces of the goods without blind spots.
Filtration System:
Filtration system: It consists of a primary filter and a high-efficiency filter. The filtered clean air is sprayed out through the nozzle to form a sterile purge airflow.
Control System:
Standard configuration includes PLC control or touch screen control, which can set the air shower time , automatic sensor start, fault alarm, etc.
Application

Workflow
Cargo enters the clean room air shower→double door interlock starts→personnel exit→high-efficiency nozzle sprays 360°→strong wind removes particles→dust is filtered by the filter→clean air circulates→door opens after showering ends
Precautions for Use
Proper entry
Make sure the outer door is completely closed before starting the air shower. During the shower, slowly turn your body and raise your arms to ensure even airflow across your body.

Do not block the air outlet
Do not cover the nozzle with your hands or any objects to avoid affecting the air shower effect.

Regular maintenance
Regularly replace the HEPA/ULPA filter, clean the primary filter, the inner wall of the box and the nozzle, and check the fan and control system to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

Air Velocity Testing
Regularly test the nozzle air velocity with an anemometer to ensure it meets design standards.

Pressure differential monitoring
Maintain an appropriate positive pressure difference between the air shower room and the external environment and the clean area to ensure the cleaning effect.
