Installation and Usage Precautions

Installation Specifications
1. Clean the frame before installation: Remove dust from the frame and ensure a tight seal between the filter and the frame.
2. Correct orientation: Ensure installation is aligned with the system airflow direction to avoid reverse installation, which can cause a sharp increase in resistance or loss of filtration performance.
Usage Environment Restrictions
1. Not suitable for use in high-humidity environments or those containing oil mist or sticky dust.
2. Do not use for filtering toxic or harmful gases or viruses.


Rejection Criteria
1. Irreparable damage to the filter media (large tears, severe fiber loss);
2. Resistance remains above the final resistance standard after cleaning, or filtration efficiency is significantly reduced;
3. Frame deformation or seal failure, unable to ensure a tight fit within the mounting structure.
