Cleaning Timing 

 

1. PP V-type filters can be cleaned 3-5 times.

Repeated washing reduces customer usage costs and makes it more cost-effective.

 

 

2. Clean when the resistance reaches 1.5 times the initial value (cleaning too early will waste the filter media's dust holding space, while cleaning too late may damage the filter media)

 

Cleaning Steps
1

1. Remove the filter and blow air backward from the back of the filter media to remove any surface dust.

2

2. Soak in clean water or neutral detergent for 10-15 minutes, and gently scrub the pleats and gaps (avoid using a hard-bristled brush to prevent damage to the filter material).

3. Rinse with clean water until no foam is present and hang upside down to dry (avoid direct sunlight or high-temperature drying to prevent deformation).

4

4. After drying, inspect the filter media for damage. If holes are present, discard it. If not, reinstall it and record the number of cleanings (it must be replaced after the maximum number of cleanings).
