Maintenance And Care
Check the pressure difference regularly
The working filtration system needs to check the inlet and outlet pressure difference frequently. When the pressure difference reaches 0.05-0.1Mpa, the pocket bag air filters should be replaced in time to avoid excessive pressure difference causing filter bag rupture and support net damage.
Open the filter cover correctly
Close the feed valve and the discharge valve, confirm that the pipe connected to the exhaust valve is connected to a safe position or the suction port, then open the exhaust valve, check the pressure gauge, and after confirming that the internal pressure is 0, open the drain valve, wait for the remaining liquid to flow out, close the drain valve, and finally unscrew the upper cap and lift the upper cover.
Replace the filter bag
Before installation, immerse the filter bag in the pre-wetting liquid that matches the filtrate for a few minutes, then open the bag filter cover correctly, cover the cover tightly, carefully remove the old filter bag, and put in the new filter bag.
