Installation Notes
Top gel seal ULPA air filters must be installed horizontally to ensure even sealant filling. After installation, PAO/DOP scanning leak detection is required (local leakage detection ≤ 0.005%).
Replacement Cycle
Replace when the pressure difference reaches 2 times the initial value, or monitor regularly (e.g., integrity test once a year).
