Mini Plea Structure:
Gel sealing mini pleated ULPA air filter replaces the traditional aluminum partition with tightly folded ultra-fine glass fiber filter material, and adopts liquid tank sealing and fixing method, aiming to reduce fluid resistance and expand the effective filtration area.
Ultra High Efficiency (ULPA Level):
The filtration efficiency of 0.12 micron particles is ≥99.9999% (according to EN 1822 standard).
Liquid Tank Sealing Technology:
A liquid sealing tank is formed by using polyurethane gel on the edge of the filter material. After solidification, it can ensure no leakage. Its performance is better than traditional mechanical frame sealing.

Product Advantages
Low resistance design of gel sealing mini pleated ULPA air filter reduces energy consumption.
PU Gel Seal: absorbs vibration during equipment operation (such as fan vibration) to avoid micro leakage caused by fatigue of traditional rubber gaskets.
Gap Filling: automatically fills the small unevenness of the frame and filter frame to achieve zero gap sealing.
Chemical Protection: Resist the erosion of clean room disinfectants (such as hydrogen peroxide, sodium hypochlorite) and extend filter life.
Advantages of PU:
1.Elasticity and Compression Rebound: The compression permanent deformation rate is less than 5%, and it can still return to its original shape after long-term pressure, ensuring that the frame is sealed without leakage.
2.Adhesion Strength: The peel strength with aluminum alloy/stainless steel is ≥50N/cm (ISO 8510-1), and chemical bonds are formed after curing to avoid the risk of Degumming.
3.Environmental Resistance: The temperature range is -40℃~120℃, and it can withstand 150℃ in a short period of time (suitable for high-temperature sterilization environment); acid and alkali resistance, ozone/UV aging resistance (outdoor installation scenario).
4.Thixotropy: High fluidity during glue application (easy to fill gaps), and rapid thickening after standing to prevent sagging (applicable to vertical surface construction).
