Pressure difference drive or timing drive: The trigger signal for filter update is usually the inlet and outlet pressure difference reaching the set value, or the preset time interval.
Save cleaning water (no backwash water required), and the filter replacement is convenient and quick (replace the reel).
Compact structure: The equipment is usually designed as a vertical or horizontal cylinder, with an integrated filter reel, drive mechanism and control system.
Working Principle
Pressure difference sensing
The new filter material is installed in the feed box. When the dusty air passes through the auto roll filter, the pressure difference before and after the filter will gradually increase as the dust accumulates. When the filter resistance reaches the preset final resistance value, the pressure difference switch will trigger the action.
Motor drive
After the controller receives the operation signal, it immediately connects the motor power supply and automatically starts the motor. The operation of the motor drives the reel in the feed box to rotate, thereby rolling up the dirty filter material and replacing it with clean filter material on the filter section.
Precise control
The running displacement of the filter material is precisely controlled by the grating. When the filter material runs to the length preset by the controller, the controller will send a signal to the motor, cut off the power supply, and the motor will stop running immediately.
